"Export to File for Power BI Reports" fails - UntrustedRequestTimeout

Hi everyone,
 
I hope everyone is doing great.
 
We've been using Power Automate to send out reports using the Export to File for Power BI Report function. For the last few months it has worked great, but as of recent we started facing an issue which I could not find any information online:
 
Error 400 - Generating export content failed due to UntrustedRequestTimeout. Message: Unable to send the request to untrusted process, operation timed out after 480.11 secs
 
I could not find any information regarding this cryptic message anywhere, and what I can identify is that there's no difference if the capacity is in high or low utilization. My capacity is F64.
 
Anyone facing the same issue?

    What kind of setup are you using in the action? Can you share a bit more details about the flow setup?
     
    Additionally, it would be useful to know your Power BI report setup as well. Are you connecting to a semantic model which used Import or DirectQuery?

    Lastly, have you tried exporting the same page/filters/setup of the report as pdf in the Power BI portal interface? Does that actually work or does that also time out?
