Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am reaching out regarding a custom connector (Boom App Connect) that was originally published approximately five years ago through a partner account associated with our client.
Recently, I have made the necessary updates to the connector, including updating the package and the corresponding GitHub repository. The changes have already been reviewed and merged by the Microsoft reviewer.
However, I am currently facing a critical issue. The partner account that was originally used to publish the custom connector is no longer accessible, as the client associated with that account is not reachable. Due to this, I am unable to proceed with publishing the updated version or managing the connector.
In this situation, I would like to request your guidance and support on the following:
1.How can we regain access or transfer ownership of the existing published custom connector?
2.Is there a way to reassign the connector to a different partner account or tenant?
3.What steps or verification would be required from our side to facilitate this process?
This connector is important for our ongoing operations, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
Please let me know if you require any additional details, such as connector ID, tenant information, or repository references.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards,
Sagar Soni
