Send an email V2 flow prompting users to Allow connection

We are creating a Copilot agent for our Help Desk that users can chat with and trigger an email if an issue needs to be escalated. The agent flow uses "Send an email (V2)" to send as the user.

This works, but first-time users are prompted to "Connect to continue" to grant access to Office 365 Outlook via an Allow button (screenshot below) on the first email attempt. As admins, we have pre-consented in the past for Enterprise Applications and permissions, but this Copilot/Power Automate flow seems to function outside of that space. How can we keep this prompt from getting in the way for users?

There is no way to do what you want because the Agent has to ask the person because of how Delegation works. Remember this is an On-behalf which I get in Entra (previous Azure AD) you could "consent" for things to be on-behalf, unfortunately this is not the case for Copilot, right not its a security check, because the Agent could do whatever it wants on behalf of that person especially if they aren't even checked with first.

If you want to stop it, you would have to send all emails via a Shared Email Account, then set the connection in the Flow to run only (then set it to a specific connection) instead of Run Only as user provided. Then it will send as that shared account, assuming the person who created the Connection has permission to send on behalf.

Essentially you are bypassing the need for the person to send it as themselves, but instead using a "licensed" account as a service account to do it.

    no more popups.
