I'm having trouble creating a Power Automate flow that takes an outlook email and creates a new task in Microsoft To Do that also includes the attachments from the email. It seems like this may not be possible, which is confusing because when I manually create a task from an email (using advanced actions), the task is created with a link to view the entire email message. This workflow will make it so that I don't have to go searching through my inbox to view the email because it would be attached to the task through automation.
Apply to each: Attachments
Create file in OneDrive (or SharePoint)
Create task in To Do:
Title: Email subject
Notes: "Attachments saved to: [OneDrive link]
Original email: [truncated body]
From: [sender]"
