Thank you so much for all the resources in this forum, always helpful!
I'm posting because I can't seem to figure out what to do, I attached a screenshot for visualization.

Goal: Update the Assigned To field of a SharePoint List
The Workflow:
  • Assigned To value of the SharePoint List will source it's data from an existing Support Queue Rotation Calendar Assigned To field
The Process:
  • When a new item is created in a SharePoint List.
  • Get the Create Date and Time of the new item.
  • Get the Assigned To from Support Queue Rotation Calendar based from the Create Date and Time of the new item.
  • Update the Assigned To of the SharePoint List.
The Challenge:
I'm creating the power automate, but I can't seem to get past how to retrieve the "Start" and "End" date field in Get Items.

About Me: Not a developer, I'm an operations manager to a team and simply learning automations on my own.

Thank you so much, and please let me know if this has been asked because I couldn't find resources in search.

Is the calendar in Outlook or is it a SharePoint list?

If it is an Outlook calendar you can use the Get calendar view of events (v3) action for this.

Below is an example of that.

    1. The update item uses the subject of the first found calendar item

    first(outputs('Get_calendar_view_of_events_(V3)')?['body/value'])['subject']

    Happy to help out 😁
