Share a flow with a premium connector ?

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a Power Automate flow I built a few months ago. The flow uses a premium connector:
Amazon S3 Bucket (Independent Publisher) (Preview).

The idea is to integrate this flow with a Power BI report. When users need to update a file (which is a query that runs against a Power BI dataset), they simply click a button in the Power BI report.
The issue is that it's not working—when users click the button, the flow returns "unsuccessful."

Questions:
Do my users need a premium license to trigger this flow?
Interestingly, if a user goes to Power Automate and manually clicks Run multiple times, the workflow eventually processes—even for users without a premium license.
A few months ago, I was able to execute this flow with my standard account (which doesn’t have a premium license). Has there been a change in Power Automate licensing?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

Yes, end-users will need a premium license for that connector but there is a work around, in general.  ANY USER can trigger a flow, even if they are external users to the organization by using a clever method:

Create a modified flow with the trigger "When a new email arrives (V3)" and put a specific, unique subject filter, such as POWERBIFLOW1

then your flow can launch successfully because you are now running this entire flow as your service account or even from your own ID (which ever one has the premium license).  Then just modify your button to send that email with the subject ~ good to go!
