I have already tested the following:
 
- Created a completely new Knowledge Source.
- Used a single SharePoint folder.
- Tested with multiple Copilot agents.
- Recreated the Knowledge Source from scratch.
- Reauthenticated all connections.
 
The issue still occurs and prevents the Knowledge Source from being attached.

The problem affects all agents and all newly created Knowledge Sources in the environment.
 
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could this be related to a tenant-level configuration, DLP policy, connector authorization issue, or a Copilot Studio service-side defect?
 
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Could you please clarify the exact issue you’re encountering when trying to attach the Knowledge Source to the Copilot agent?

    From the details provided, it looks like the Knowledge Source cannot be attached, but could you share:

    • The exact error message or error code displayed
    • At which step the failure occurs
    • What happens when you click Attach/Add Knowledge Source
    • If possible, a screenshot of the error

    This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the SharePoint connector, DLP/tenant configuration, permissions, or a Copilot Studio service-side issue.
