Trying to get Copilot Studio, won't accept my company email (gmail account)

I am trying to get access to Copilot Studio for a project for my company (Michael Rogers Consulting LLC or Illinois). When I put in my email, I am not allowed to use it because it says my email is a personal email. This is my company email and we use Google Suite and Gmail.

I do have an Office 365 license my company pays for as well.

We need access to Copilot Studio for a large agent project we are working on for a big client.

Please advise!

Hi Rogers,

Ensure that your company’s email domain is set up as a custom domain in Office 365 or Microsoft 365, rather than relying on Gmail for authentication. This will allow Microsoft to recognize your email as a business account.

Suggest you to contact Microsoft Support directly to resolve the conflict between your Gmail-based company email and Office 365 services.
