Create a custom trigger of an already existing API

Hi!

 

Is it possible to create a custom trigger of an already existing API? The thing is that I need to create a flow based on Azure DevOps API but the trigger that I need for my flow, doesn´t exist. I need the flow to be triggered once a release is deployed, would it be possible?

    Similar but different. I'm admin for a GitHub org and need to know/perform actions whenb
    1. A new repo is created in the org
    2. A new contributor is added to a repo
    3. A PR is merged
    4. A repo visibility changes
     
    There's probably more that I can't think of right now, but these seem pretty basic. Any chance triggers like this are in the works?
