Automated Email When Room Reservation is Accepted

Hello,

I'm trying to create a workflow that would generate an email from the manager of an office location when a conference room at that office location is booked and the invite is accepted.  Outlook currently generates the acceptance email to the meeting organizer for the room, which includes reminders such as: submit a Facilities request to get the room setup the way you want it, you are responsible for cleaning the room, you are responsible for ordering lunch, etc.  The problem is that people don't read those emails so we're hoping a follow-up email from the manager will be read.

I looked through some other posts that had a similar use case and built a flow, but it's not working.  Below is a screenshot of the flow.  Upon testing, I'm getting the following message at Send an email (V2), even though the room was accepted.  What am I doing wrong?

Please also note that I only want 1 email to be sent to the organizer from the point I turn on the flow forward.  I had a different trigger before and it generated emails to everyone that had previously reserved the room....whoops!

When do you want the follow up emails to be sent? On the same day or one day ahead?

I suggest going for a different trigger in this case. I would schedule a flow that runs every day and checks if there are bookings on this day if you want to check for the same day. Then send an email to the organizer with the follow up.

Can you clarify the following? You said that the requirement is when a conference room at that office location is booked and the invite is accepted, a email should be generated. However you later said that the problem you are having is that you're getting the following message at Send an email (V2), even though the room was accepted. These two statements seem to conflict with each other. Could you list out the requirements, the expected behaviour and what is currently observed?

@venturemavenwil, my apologies--I forgot to include the message I'm receiving at Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) when testing the flow.  It's listed below.  In this test, I reserved the C&M Classroom in the original screenshot, it was automatically accepted because it was available, and yet a follow-up email wasn't sent to me with a Subject and Body of "test".  In this case, the expected behavior would have been that the invite was accepted by the C&M Classroom (with the standard acceptance email generated) and a follow-up "test" email would have been sent to me as the organizer.

The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_from_a_shared_mailbox_(V2)' is skipped: dependant action 'Condition_2' completed with status 'Skipped' and code 'ActionSkipped'.

@Matthias PPS, I would like the follow-up email generated right after the room has accepted the invite.  There is some lead time necessary for Facilities, lunch ordering, etc. to where we can't wait.  Added, sometimes the room may be reserved the day of or the day before, meaning we can't send the follow-up email, say, a week prior to the invite date.

Assume you have the access to the shared mailbox.
I doubt if the mail address typed correctly. please double check that.

Below is from my test, I intentionally assigned the wrong Email address. in the condition.

Then I won't get true , nothing gonna happen in the true branch.

please double check the address, type it manually.

Thanks, @stampcoin.  I double-checked the address and it is correct.  To check even further, I changed the required attendee from the room to my own email address.  Unfortunately, I'm still getting the following error message:
    ActionDependencyFailed
The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_from_a_shared_mailbox_(V2)' is skipped: dependant action 'Condition_2' completed with status 'Skipped' and code 'ActionSkipped'.

Please check the output from your trigger 'When an event added, updated or deleted V3'.
Note: in the condition, the value of requiredAttendees is case sensitive. for example abc@domain.local <> Abc@domain.local

Another test is , you can remove the requiredAttendees, only keep the responseType for testing ( its values you have to check from your trigger output)

    below is from mine.
