Código do Erro:

1
SystemError

Mensagem:

1

"Ocorreu um Erro do Sistema."

Comportamento observado

    • "oi"

    • "teste"

    • "kkkk"

    • "Quero solicitar o brinde"

    •

  •

O qe aparece no log

A sequência registrada é sempre:

1
Usuário envia mensagem
2
3
Bot envia OAuth Card
4
5
signin/tokenExchange
6
7
Retorno HTTP 200 (sucesso)
8
9
SystemError

A 200 on signin/tokenExchange only confirms the sign-in worked. It doesn't rule out a permissions issue on the next call the agent makes. Since it's Prod only and user specific, I'd check:
    1. Dataverse security role in the Prod environment: make sure both users have at least Basic User + any custom role the agent needs.
    2. Entra sign-in logs for those two UPNs:  a Conditional Access policy (group, device, MFA, location) may blocks the downstream token even after the first 200.
    3. SharePoint / connector access: if the agent uses a knowledge source or connector, confirm both users can access it.
    4. Environment security group / licenses: compare the two failing users to a working one; Prod often differs.
Also check Monitor Tab in your Agent.

    Hope this helps!
