Getting email addresses from MS List and using it to send an email

I'm trying to send an email to a group of people who have their email addresses in an MS list but I can't get the emails to split and then join into a string accepted by the Outlook send V2 action.

Outlook connector expects in field "To" simple string with addresses separate by ";".

In what form do you have your addresses?

The emails are in a Microsoft List, single line of text column. I have checked the URL for the column in List Settings and the field is named Email. So it should marry up ok with Power Automate set up.

    Hi,

First use Get items on your list, then add a Select action to map only the email column, so you get an array of just email addresses.
After Select, add a Join Operation action and set From = output of Select and Join with = ; (semicolon) so it becomes one string.
Make sure there are no null/empty emails; if needed, filter them out before Select using a Filter array step.
In Send an email (V2), put the output of the Join action into the To or CC field; Outlook accepts a semicolon‑separated list.
Test with a few rows first; if it works, your flow will now send a single email to everyone whose address is stored in the list.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,
    Riyaz
