Approval process - Everyone must Approve

I have created a flow for purchase orders so that staff fill in a Form linked to a Microsoft List. One of the columns is to enter a budget holder using the Person column type in Lists. In some situations the there maybe 2 budget holders that need to approve. I have set the column in Lists to allow for multiple people and in Power Automate I have set the approval process to Everyone Must Approve. However for the Assigned to email I put in the Budget Holders email and the system fails. I assume it is because it cannot split the 2 emails correctly?

What can I do in order for Power Automate to email both budget holders?

Thanks in advance

    Hi Jon,

Can you share some details about your Power Automate approval flow? Maybe you can share screenshots of the configuration where you send the emails and also the exact error message?

    Hi

Please post screenshots (pasted into the comment box) of your current flow's area that you're having trouble with. For these screenshots, it's best to use the Classic Editor and expand all of the actions so we can see what each of them is doing (feel free to blank out company-specific details in the screenshots).

If you're using any expressions in the actions that are giving you trouble, please post the expression here as plain text in addition to the screenshots so we know precisely what you're working with.

Looking forward to helping resolve this issue!

    Hello,

I think you can loop through the people field and store the email address in a variable with semicolon separated (;) and "Assigned to" can be set as this variable which would help you send approval in case of multiple persons. Thank you.

    Thanks,
