Power Apps Error Opening File

We have the same error.
The issue is isolated to a single specific Canvas App.
Other apps in the same environment do not seem to be affected by the same issue.

    You did not provide any details related to what the file is it cannot open or what you are trying to do at the time.
     
    Without that information, I can only give generic responses.
     
    1. Clear your cache and try incognito/private
    2. Verify you have permissions to whatever this file is
    3. Publish all customizations, export your solution as an UNmanaged
    4. Make sure the app is closed, give it 10 minutes tops
    5. rollback to a previous version via Apps/Yours/.../Details then pick the previous version and see if that resolves it.
     
    YOu can then try to re-import your solution to update and see if it fixes it.

    I am encountering same issue since yesterday. Unfortunately this is a known issue in Microsoft and we need to wait for official Microsoft hotfix. New version of power apps studio (released 16 dec) has problems with reserializing of containers. So every app with containers that was saved with this new studio version have problems while opening. Check if you have "early release" checked in your environment, because thats why you have new studio version (preview one). You can restore your app to the one which was saved with previous studio version (5.122), but currently it is impossible to open app version (with your changes) which was saved with 5.123 version. Current and active known issues are listed on power platform administrator center in Support tab.

    I have been struggling with the same issue since yesterday, and I decided to create a topic about it today. I believe there is no official ETA or planned date for resolving this issue.
