Hi - I have a problem making my flow run correctly. I can see that i have an earlier colleague who is the admin, and i should have co-rights, but i'm not able to remove him as the admin. I've tried to reconnect with my account, and it should be my credentials that are connected, so it might also be a problem with permissions and rights to our data.

But when googling and talking with different AI's, it seems that i should firstly try and remove the admin from the Flow, and that should solve the issue.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?

As a co-owner, you can’t remove the main owner of a flow.

Only Power Platform admins or Global admins can transfer or take over ownership through the Power Platform Admin Center, especially for solution-based flows. Co-owners don’t have permission to change or replace the original owner.

What I think you're referring to is someone else is the owner of the flow, and the flow has been shared with you. You now want to be the primary owner of the flow. In order to do this, the flow must be in a solution, and to use solutions the environment must have Dataverse enabled.

If the environment has Dataverse enabled, create a solution then import the flow into the solution. Once that is done, do this:
    1. Open the flow details screen
    2. On the right side of the screen go to the Co-owner section
    3. Choose Set primary owner
    4. Change the account to your account.
    5. You'll then want to update the connection references used in the flow to use connection references associated with your account.
