Update adaptive card multiple content into SharePoint list

hey all
 
i recently created a mass list of item in the adaptive card based on the guide from https://www.m365princess.com/blogs/2021-03-06-how-to-create-a-faux-table-in-adaptive-cards-with-power-automate/
 
i'm stuck on how should i parse the content in the "party readiness" box into my sharepoint list by id/name
