Hi All,

I have built the process in power automate desktop but when its deployed to run in unattended mode in remote desktop, the BOT is getting triggered and background actions work but the screen automation does not work. I am having the Power Automate Process license which is added at environment level. But, at the "Machines" section of Power Automate Cloud, the Unattended Bots shows 0.

Please help, its hampering my deployment.

    Just to make sure you have logged into the machine that would run the unattended bot. Then you have checked that the Machine runtime have Machine settings the correct environment.

    If so then I would double check that the unattended bot add-on is actually on the correct environment and not for example on the default environment.
    Open Admin center from the Power Automate portal

    Resources -> Capacity -> Add-ons
    There you should have 1 unattended RPA license in the same environment which is the machine runtime Machine environment.

    Are you able to create a connection to the machine from the cloud? Can you run the flow in Attended mode from the cloud or does that also give issues? Does it give some error message?

    If you go to the machine runtime from Power Automate Desktop settings do you have it set to the correct environment?

    @eetuRobo- Thanks for the reply, the allocation at machine level is also done. After some test on the server, I have figured out that the BOT is not able to create an unattended session on the VM. I have checked most of settings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE under Registry Editor as suggested by Microsoft. Kindly help, its super urgent for me.
    Thanks in advance

    Usually the Unattended bots will be allocated to the unattended run automatically even if it shows as long as you have unattended bot available.
    Check the Capacity Utilization under Monitor to make sure you have "Enable auto allocation" on and you have Unattended RPA bots in your environment.

    Reason your UI automations fail might be due to resolution being very small in comparison of how it is when you run the flow attended. The screen resolution might be by default 1024x768 and your attended is what every your own screen resolution is which might be 1920 x 1080 and so the screen sees more elements in attended than it does in default resolution in unattended.

    Change the resolution in unattended to match your attended resolution:
