    Hi,

Open the trigger “When a new Time Off request is created, updated or deleted” and re‑select the correct Team/Schedule, then save and turn the flow off and on to force re‑registration.
Confirm with your Teams admin that nothing changed in Shifts team renamed, schedule deleted, permissions or licensing updated and that your account still has rights to see and approve Time Off.
Manually create a new test Time Off request in the same team and compare its payload/fields with older successful ones; if the schema changed, update the condition and actions to match the new field names or values (for example, “Change type = created”).
If the old flow still does not trigger, take a copy it into a new flow using the same trigger and actions; sometimes Shifts triggers become corrupted and only re-creating the flow restores detection.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,
    Riyaz
