Update a row action in my flow not working.

Hi team,

Please help, I'm a Beginner, I'm struggling with my "update a row* action. Please advise I will attach screen prints of my flow for reference.

Hi

Do you get an error message in the flow run history? That would help identify the issue.

Did you already check if the Excel table exists, the row can be found and the dynamic content used for the key field is not empty?

Hi

Can you please check what the value of Key Value is? Your trim(...) expression.

Most likely:

Key Value is blank/invalid after trim
Your condition checks trim(...) is not equal to null, but an empty string '' is not null, so it still passes but returns the error.

No matching ContactEmail exists in Excel
Check the Excel table has an exact matching value in ContactEmail.

Hidden spaces/case issues
Excel matching can fail with extra spaces. Ideally clean the Excel ContactEmail column too.

Please check the output value of trim(...) in the run history and confirm which of these is happening.
