I have a Microsoft Personal Account. A few months ago, I had created a number of Flows on make.powerautomate.com. But now I need to disable these Flows as I no longer require them for my use case. Yesterday when I tried to log in to Power Automate website: make.powerautomate.com, I was refused to login with the error messages displayed:

Chatting with a Live Agent on Microsoft Support chat did not help either. They provided a case number 7089519190 for our interaction

Attached further screenshot of the error messages to help Microsoft help me with a solution to this problem

I have never had a work or school account before. I understand Microsoft may have changed its terms recently requiring a work or school account to access Power Automate on the web. However, how do I, having a personal account login and have access to my Flows? I no longer need them, so they must be disabled.

But my Flows are still working. I know this because of a trigger that works on an regular interval (sends email) and I can see those emails in my sent items folder on Outlook. I need to disable that Flow. How do I do that?

You can either log in using an Environment Administrator account or contact your administrator to make the necessary changes to the running flow

I hope this information helps! If it does, please consider giving a 👍.

    Same problem here!

I have a PERSONAL account (Microsoft 365 Family) and have been using PowerAutomate for personal accounts. So there is no admin available that I can ask, it's a PERSONAL account!

The flows are still running, but I cant access or stop them.
I need one of the flows to stop running since it is deleting some of my email.

    Thanks for any help!

Same issue here, access to power automate was removed but my flows are still active.

I contacted support in chat, they punted me to the phone number, the computer punted me back to the website and hung up, now any time I try to call it just hangs up on me.

If you are going to disable our access you may as well disablw our active rules.

Hi All - to disable flows from a personal account, you'll need to log in to your personal Microsoft Account, go to Account Settings and Security, and use the Log Our Everywhere link. This will remove permissions from Power Automate's connectors and the flows will disable automatically.

Note that when you do this, your account will also be logged out from any websites or phones you're logged in on. You will need to log back in to those devices and websites.
