I want to setup the automatic email flow in Power Automate for Dynamics 365 Business Central and below are the details:
(i) When user post the sales order then I want to fetch the customer name of that posted sales order
(ii) Then I want to check that the customer of that sales order is having Customer Price Group is Retail. If yes then I want to send the email to that customer having all the sales order details with invoice.
For that I using When a record is created (V3) trigger for fetching Posted Sales Invoices details but when I post a Sales Order then it is not triggering at all. Previous I have tried with When an event occur (V3) trigger but it is not giving me the details I want.
Can anyone help me how to achieve it and is there any tutorial where they are explaining each and every action and trigger of Dynamic 365 Business Central connector.
