Microsoft List Forms: Multiple Choice Type is not showing all answers in SharePoint List

Hi, I have created a Microsoft form which contains a field "Pemohon". This field is a VLOOKUP of the type "Multiple Choice". The entries submitted in this form are reflected in the SharePoint list.
After submitting the form, the multiple choices entered in the field are not visible in the SharePoint list. Only the first choice among the multiple entries is visible in the List under that field.
Even if I edit the entries in the SharePoint list it is still not showing the multiple entries in that field.
Is this a bug? or am I doing anything wrong?

How is this related to Power Automate? You may have better luck getting an answer by posting your question in the SharePoint forums at SharePoint | Microsoft Community Hub. Also, when you say the field is a VLOOKUP, are you referring to the SharePoint Lookup field type or something else. I only know of VLOOKUP in Excel.

Is this the lookup type you are referring to?
If so, I cannot replicate the issue. It shows multiple items in the view. Did you apply custom JSON code to the field in the view. If so, remove that and see if it resolves the issue.

If your post is somehow related to Power Automate, please explain how, or are you referring to a lookup in a Power App? If your question is related to Power Apps, you should post it in the Power Apps forum at Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread.
