106Good day Automaters
I have a very weird situation.
We currently have 5-6 flows running unattended perfectly. We using Cloud as a scheduled trigger and they fire unattended flows on local VM's and all is happy.
Recently trying to add another flow to our platform, against an existing VM that is running a different flow. (we allowed 2 connections per VM).
The Cloud flow fires and then calls the unattended desktop flow fine, yet it never returns to Cloud.
The work that the desktop flow needs to do has happened perfectly, and I even added an additional step at the end of the desktop flow to mail myself which if does, so I know it got to the end.
Then it sits in this limbo state where it seems cloud is never made aware that it is done.
Logging onto the VM and executing the desktop flow manually, it says it completed successfully.
In cloud I'm forced to cancel the flow, however, when looking under the machines page, clicking into our VM, I can see the desktop flow still shows as running. It never returns to cloud.
The only way we can make it stop, is to restart the VM. Then about a minute later everything clears out in cloud.
Could this be a versions of power automate desktop issue? Is microsoft maybe aware of any issues around this?
