    Hey @CU04091338-0,

Kindly check the following, as these are the most common reasons for the ResourceNotFound / User not found error:

Check for spaces in the email

Please make sure there is no space at the start or end of the email address. Even a small extra space will cause this error.

    Verify the correct UPN

Some users have email aliases. Many users have multiple email addresses, but only one primary UPN.

You can confirm the correct UPN directly from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) by searching for the user and checking the User Principal Name field.

    Example:

    • Actual UPN: john.doe@company.onmicrosoft.com

    • Email alias (used for mail): john@company.com

If you pass the alias instead of the real UPN, the action often fails because it expects the unique principal name.

    B2B or guest users

If the person is a guest (B2B) user, their UPN usually looks like this:

    user_external.com#EXT#@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com

Using their normal external email address (user_external.com) will not work and will result in User not found.

    Use the Object ID

If you already have the user’s Object ID (GUID) from a previous step, use that instead of the email address. This action supports both.

    Hope this helps!

    Go to Portal.azure.com

search with the UPN you used to see if person is available in active directory or not and see the status.  as per the error user is not available

if you know user is actively working than check his UPN from azure portal or reverify it

If you’re having trouble identifying a user with the Get user profile (V2) action and are unsure of the correct UPN value, use the Search for users (V2) action instead.

Provide a known search term such as the user’s first name or email address, and ensure you trim the input to remove any leading or trailing spaces. This action returns matching results, allowing you to identify the correct UPN, which you can then use in the Get user profile (V2) action.

I hope this information helps! If it does, please consider giving a 👍.
