PDF Data Extraction without OCR Model

Hi Everyone! 
I would like to know if there is any way to extract a PDF content to save the data in a SharePoint list without consuming copilot credits. Maybe a conversion or a formula that I can do with the PDF contect to extract the data. 
I would really appreciate your help.

    There is no way to do this without AI builder or the use of third-party tools that I am aware. I know Adobe has actions to do this, but we use actions from Encodian:
    You need a subscription to Encodian. Similar actions from Adobe also require a subscription.
