Unable to change primary owner for a flow

Hi all,

I have a bunch of Flows that I'm trying to make service account as Primary Owner. I was able to make the account primary owner until yesterday but I'm unable to do it from today. I'm sure it is not a license issue, I select the service account and when I click on Save nothing seems to happen from yesterday. Anyone experiencing similar issues or am I doing anything incorrectly?

This is something very odd, try below tips-
    1. Check https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/servicehealth for issues.
    2. Clear browser cache, try incognito mode, or use another browser.
    3. Ensure you still have Owner permissions on the Flow.
    4. Wait and retry later (API limits may apply).
    5. Use Power Automate Management action: "Set flow owner role" → Add service account as Owner.
    6. Try from Power Platform Admin Center (admin access needed).
    7. If nothing works, open a Microsoft Support ticket.

Actually yes. Starting yesterday, I noticed this happening across different platform capabilities including the Forums. I can refresh a question, type an answer in 10 seconds, then hit Post... it does nothing. I have to refresh again to make it happen.

I have other examples, and I don't know if they are related, but it's exactly what I see in other areas.

that being said, I would try to previous posters steps to see if it helps
