we are calling a power automate flow on button click from canvas app where the flow gets some content from sharepoint and post it in teams.
  • both sharepoint and teams actions uses service user connection
  • the canvas app is being used by users in the org
  • the flow is being used by one or the other user on daily basis
  • there is no circumstance of that the flow being inactive for 90 days
  • cross checked the connections as well, all connections are in connected state
but, we are getting an issue with respect to the sharepoint and team's actions which throws an error intermitently

Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and sharepointonline is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: sharepointonlinecertificatev2. Correlation Id=76d91d21-0cfc-4479-b6b2-cdcc40533b42, UTC TimeStamp=3/12/2025 9:46:11 AM, Error: Failed to acquire token from AAD: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity. The token was issued on 2024-09-27T15:49:01.2929960Z and was inactive for 90.00:00:00.

    Go to your environment where the flow is located and click on Connections:
    If you do not see it listed, click on More. Problem connections will be listed, and you can reauthorize the connection from here.

    hi @David_MA, as i have mentioned in my description the connections are up to date, all are connected

    @mk1329, sorry, other than checking the connections as I outlined below, I've never had the issue you submitted. Hopefully someone else will have an answer for you. If not, you might need to submit a ticket directly to Microsoft.
