The refresh token has expired due to inactivity.

we are calling a power automate flow on button click from canvas app where the flow gets some content from sharepoint and post it in teams.

both sharepoint and teams actions uses service user connection
the canvas app is being used by users in the org
the flow is being used by one or the other user on daily basis
there is no circumstance of that the flow being inactive for 90 days
cross checked the connections as well, all connections are in connected state

but, we are getting an issue with respect to the sharepoint and team's actions which throws an error intermitently
