Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on connecting Power Automate Desktop with Power Automate Cloud flows. As per Copilot suggestions, this requires installing the Microsoft Power Automate Machine Runtime app.

However, I do not currently have access to install this application due to organizational restrictions.

Could you please clarify the following:

Is there any alternative approach to connect Power Automate Desktop with cloud flows without installing the Machine Runtime?

If installation is required, could you confirm whether we can request access to install the Machine Runtime app on our machines?

Additionally, will this setup require a premium license to run desktop flows automatically on a schedule (unattended), without manual intervention?

Your guidance on this would be highly appreciated.
