Hi,
Could you tell me how to use Power Automate to limit number of responses on a Microsoft Form. I intend using it to invite people to an information session that has limited capacity.

    There is no built-in way to do this as of yet. If you want to cap submissions, I would create a flow that tracks the submission ID. When the ID reaches the limit that you want to cap responses, send yourself an e-mail. You can then go into the form and set it to stop accepting submissions.
     
    If your meeting is being held using Teams, I would use this feature instead: Set up Meeting Registration in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn. The registration form utilizes Microsoft Forms.
