The excel which logs Microsoft Form responses doesnt sync data automatically

I'm using Power Automate to read an Excel file that is linked to a Form.
However , the new responses the are not synced if the Excel file is open on the web. This doesnt work for Power Automate as someone has to open the Excel every time to sync the latest responses.
Is there a way to solve this issue, like using Office script etc?
The "htttp call action to sharepoint" in power automate doesnt work in every organization

They updated the sync engine that sync the responses to the Excel recently and it is because of that.

You can use Power Automate to trigger upon form submission and save each response in an excel table if you want.

Or you can periodically run the Power Automate flow to get all form responses and save them in excel table.
