How do I overwrite an excel file downloaded as an email attachment daily (newbie)

Hi,

I am new to Power Automate. I have managed to create a workflow that captures an email when it comes in. And saves the attachment to a folder on OneDrive (business). Its an excel file generated and sent from another system on a daily basis.

I want the file to always be the same name and to get overwritten each day. As its being referenced by Power BI as a visual report.

Can Power Automate undertake this function?

Thanks.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Here is test for your reference:

[List files in folder]: List the files in the folder
[Condition] Determine whether the attachment name is the same as the file name in the folder
If the same, update the file,
If different, create a new file

@v-chengfen-msft  Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to respond and assist me. I am trying to follow your instructions but I seem to be going wrong somewhere. I don't seem to be able to get the yes and no option. Not sure where I am going wrong.
