Update: While the support page hasn't been updated yet, it does appear as though Flows are flowing again 🙂
There is currently a Flow outage.

Is Flow down again? All our custom Flows were gone missing from the SharePoint menu since 26/04/2019. It affected at least 3 of our tenants and for all Flows.
This is sorted. Apparently, after the update, the Flow was unable to recognize the List/Library by name. As workaround, you have to go to each flow, edit your flow and use the list id instead of the name. You can grab the list id from a previously running instance.
