Need some Videos or Article on Copilot Studio on Architecture, Security and Governance

I have a interview coming up next week. I am using copilot studio long time not extensively .
 
I am missing building up the story to the interview when they ask like Share some live project you did. share its architecture. security and governance .
 
I am not able to build-up a story behind it?  Should i follow some guidelines to build up the story so interviewer will be impressed .
 
Any Suggestion/steps to follow ?

    Hi, This is Really good question, and honestly this is more of a storytelling problem than a knowledge problem  which is actually easier to fix before an interview than you might think.
    The mistake most people make is describing what they built instead of why and what went wrong. Interviewers who know Copilot Studio aren't impressed by feature lists they want to hear about decisions, tradeoffs, and real problems you ran into.

    So take one project you worked on, even if your involvement was partial, and think about it like this. Start with the business problem, not the technology. Don't open with "we built a Copilot Studio agent" open with "our HR team was drowning in 200 repetitive queries a week and nobody had bandwidth to handle them." That framing makes the interviewer lean in immediately.

    Then talk about the architecture decisions and why. What channels did you publish to? What knowledge sources did you connect? Did you use classic or generative orchestration, and why that choice? Even if you weren't the one making the call, saying "we evaluated X and went with Y because of Z" shows you understood the thinking behind it.

    The security and governance angle is where most candidates go completely blank and that's exactly why it's your opportunity to stand out. Think about who had permission to build agents in your tenant, whether there was a DLP policy in place, how authentication worked for your knowledge source, and what data the agent could potentially expose. Even if governance on your project was minimal, saying "we didn't have formal governance and in hindsight that created this risk" shows way more maturity than pretending everything was perfectly designed. And don't forget to mention something that went wrong and how you fixed it. Latency issues, a topic that kept misfiring, a SharePoint permission blocking retrieval, a channel that didn't support Adaptive Cards anything real. Those are your war stories and interviewers love them.

    For resources before next week, the most useful things are the Microsoft Learn docs on Copilot Studio security and authentication, John Knecht and April Dunnam on YouTube for real-world architecture patterns, the Power CAT team's governance guidance, and the Microsoft Tech Community blog if you search "Copilot Studio governance." Also worth spending an hour understanding how Copilot Studio sits within the Power Platform admin center environment strategy, DLP policies, who can create agents because even surface-level fluency there will set you apart from most candidates.
    Last practical tip write your story out in three paragraphs before the interview. Problem, what you built and why, what you learned. Say it out loud a few times. Not to memorise it, just to get comfortable with the shape so you're not constructing it in real time while nervous.

    You know more than you think. The gap is usually just the framing, not the knowledge.
