Launch Excel action failed to open Excel document

This file is still in C:\sagyo\New folder\email01.xlsx
But Launch Excel action failed to open Excel document, what are the possible reasons with this issue and how to fix it?

    I can launch it. 
     
    When I delete .xlsx behind email01 for the excel name but add .xlsx in the path area in the launch excel action, the launch excel works.

    Thanks for your reply, I restart the computer and then run this workflow, the error is the same as before.
    The excel is closed and there is no other something else is occupying this excel I think after restarting the computer.
    Yes, the excel is still cannot be launched.

    I have to just give a little giggle, as I see UiPath Studio in your picture for help in PAD ;-)
     
    as for the file, it says subflow of Rename.
     
    Is this file possibly locked or mid-process of something else?
     
    If you create another flow, super super super simple. just to grab this file (that already exists, turn off the other flows, make sure Excel is Closed, make sure you don't have a dos prompt open or notepad with it nothing)
     
    can you launch it?
