Empty Shared with me

Hello,

On the https://make.powerautomate.com/ , I can see the Flows under Share with me, but I cannot see them in my desktop app.

I clicked on the Go premium button, and the admin assigned to my account the necessary license. Still the empty Share with me.
Then I clicked the warning which redirected me to the following webpage: Insufficient permissions to view or create flows in the environment in versions 2.55 and 2.56 I upgraded my desktop app to 2.57. Still the empty Share with me.

Appreciate if anyone can share the troubleshooting experience, cheers.

    Hello,

You need to be in correct environment. Do you have the Environments -selection on the top right corner of PAD?

If not then either you might not have lisence or you might be logged in with wrong account or you are using personal account and not organization account.

    Hopefully this was any help.

    Hi eetuBo,

Same environment, same work account. Just the difference between the Power Automate Cloud from Edge, and the Power Automate desktop app.

From what told me by Copilot, the shared flows seen on the cloud can not be seen on the desktop as the flows are of two different types, cloud and desktop. But from the source article, it is totally another unrelated question...Anyway I did not copy the exact answer by Copilot...

Oh is your problem that you cant see Power Automate Cloud flows that has been shared with you in you Power Automate Desktop?

The flows that are built in Power Automate (Cloud in the make.powerautomate.com) are different type of flows and cannot be accessed by Power Automate Desktop. They are two different tools similar. Even though they both have power automate in their name and build flows they are completely different and cloud cant open desktop flows and desktop app cant open cloud flows.
So Copilot is correct that you cannot access or see cloud flows in PAD. I thought you had Desktop flow in the environment and wanted to share that.
