Can approval attachments automatically update when the referenced file is moved in SharePoint?

I've created a Power Automate flow with the following behavior:

  1. An approval is triggered when a file is uploaded to a SharePoint folder
  2. Once approved, the file is moved to a different location

  3.

The flow works with no issues, but there is a user experience issue whereby the approvers cannot view the file attachment after approval is granted (what they will face is that they will get an error saying they do not have permission to access the file even though they have Full Control permission over the entire SharePoint site and the folder the file is located in). I believe this happens because the approval attachment references the file's original location, which becomes invalid once the file is moved.

My question: Is there a way to update the approval attachment's file reference after the file has been moved, so approvers can still access it post-approval?

Current behavior: Approvers can view the file through the attachment before approving, but receive an error (see screenshot) if they try to access it after approval triggers the move action.

I've attached screenshots of the error message and my current flow configuration as well if that helps

Please share a screen shot of the approval action so that we can check that it is configured correctly:
The Item link should contain the link to the item from the dynamic content. Based on your flow, this should be from the when a file is created action.
