Flow error related to "Mailbox move in progress"

I have a simple flow recreated from a work colleague's flow (his works) that doesn't work for me.  The flow triggers from an email hitting my inbox and takes an attached file and moves it to a sharepoint folder.  I've made no change to the email which goes to the co-worker and my inbox.  Here's the error from FlowChecker attached.
