Images and documents used for training in object detection and document processing models are stored securely in Dataverse. You can find more information here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/administer#where-and-how-are-data-stored-in-dataverse
It looks like you're trying to extract data, so the predict operation will be used in the background. During prediction, the documents you provide are used solely to generate responses for you and are not saved anywhere in AI Builder or used to train foundation models.
