Three days before I presented Superware's Resolve complaints management at an industry conference, my coach told me to scrap the demo and start again. It was awful.

I had forgotten all the principles we had learned in our Demo2Win training a few months earlier, and resorted to a boring story about us, instead of focusing on the goals of the people that use our software.
