I second @HenryJammes 's post. If you're looking for the most control possible over how the bot appears, it's going to be in a custom website or app. However, if your only channel is Microsoft Teams, as one example, you're going to have more limited control on its appearance, as many channels will dictate the look and feel of the chat experience.
