I am building a chatbot For FAQs I'm facing an issue
-->Should we call Trigger/topic every time when we are asking a question
for example:
step 1)User: Type trigger name to start the chat bot then flow will start and Then
step 2)Bot: Will ask you What are you looking for?
step 3)User: User will ask their question Then
step 4)Bot: Replies Answer and then ask the user Did that answer your question?
weather the answer is yes / no anything
User should be able to ask their question multiple times (Flow should starts from step 2)
But in my case i need to call the Trigger/topic name(step 1) every time For every question
Any one have any idea How can we Restrict the( step 1)
