Store a PowerApp under a SharePoint site

Hi,

I have created a SharePoint list interface in PowerApps to replace the default list data entry/view form. It seems this app interface is stored in the SharePoint site itself and not in my personal Office account.

I need to create a 2nd app using the same list, but whenever I try this, it saves it in my personal Office account. The problem is I am leaving the business I work for soon and any apps saved under my account will be lost when my account is closed. Is there a way to store a PowerApps app in the SharePoint site rather than on my own account so that it is not lost when I move? I know I could potentially get another user to create the app and allow me to edit it, but then the same issue would happen if they leave the business, hence not the best solution

Unable to find a solution online so far...

Thanks

the best practice is to use a service account. When this is created you can change the ownership to the service account. that user will remain once u leave the company

Thanks but I don't have admin access to create a service account and it's not company policy to allow this unfortunately

then i guess you need to find another person who you can give the ownership to.

Let me know if my answer helped solving your issue.

If it did please accept as solution and give it a thumbs up so we can help others in the community.
