I was editing my "conversation boosting" topic in Copilot Studio, not exactly sure what happened but it basically said that there's a updated version and asked me if I want to discard the changes I made or make another copy. Not wanting to lose the thing I edited, I made another copy. However when the page refreshed I completely lost the "conversation boosting" topic. When I went and check out "Boost conversational coverage with generative answers" within "Generative AI" section, it has been turned off. When I tried to turn it back on and save it. I was met with the following error. "It is invalid to create component botcomponent with the same export key value(s) as an existing component. Please change the key. The current value(s) are schemaname: cr0ae_hrCopilot.topic.Search".
Even after searching for all cr0ae_hrCopilot.topic.Search key and removing the relevant topics, the error persists. Anyone encountered this problem and how did you fix it? Thanks in advance.
Also getting the same. Happens on any new vanilla bots I make too as soon as I edit the Generative AI topic at all. assume it's a new bug, wonder given the "Topic.Search" mention if it's related to a new search feature? Have had to down tools while I wait for a fix.
I had sent ticket to Microsoft, for my side, I remove some relevant topic, the questions is it cannot be save, thus, the “Conversational Boosting” this very important system topic cannot be enable, which make all the Copilot Studio cannot answer any question, very bad bug!
If I had reply, I will share with you
