Permissions for Power apps on Power BI report server

If  i use power apps on power BI dashboard then what sort of permissions i have to give to end users on report server ( If the end user wants to comments or input values in the dashboard).

    PowerApps need to connect to the corrsponding database in order to read the data from there.

     

    If here you would like to take use of PowerApps Custom Visual to add comments, and the comments would be saved into the corresponding table, then it would require Read and write permissions from the report server(Data Source) for the End users.
