Hi!
I am planning to add a create function on an existing power apps. The idea is that the power apps will create a new excel file containing the data entered in the app and then get that newly created excel file then send it via email (outlook).
Is this possible using power apps only?

There isn't a direct way to create an Excel file from Power Apps.
You'd typically create a Power App Flow, which can create the file and to send it via email.
By Power Apps Flow, do you mean creating a flow in Power Automate using the Power Apps Trigger?
Yes, that's what I mean - a Power Automate Flow with a Power Apps trigger.
