I am experiencing an issue about the office365users

I created a form with a field, that's allowed to select an O365 user

When I am going to assign an O365 user with following code,

Approved_x0020_By:Office365Users.UserProfileV2("Sam Choi")

PowerApps said this is a runtime error, Code: ResourceNotFound, message: User not found

Anybody knows what the problem?
