I've a workflow that sends request for approval for users. Most users get the approval email in their outlook client properly where they have COMMENT box. But I've few users where Comment box doesn't show as part of the approval email. Below is example. First screenshot Doesn't show the Comment Box. The second one (For same approval) shows the Comment Box. I know it seems to be Outlook issue, I would appreciate has experienced this before and what was done to solve it?
@Anonymous This issue is related to old version of outlook. Try outlook web version for the same user for which you are not seeing comment box.
