I am creating an app using a form and I don’t know how to create a Dropbox selecting employees name of my organization.

What is your backend? SharePoint? Dataverse? SQL?

You can connect a combo box or drop down to your Active Directory. If you let me know your backend then I can show you how to do it.

Have you resolved your problem?

Do you want to create a People Picker to select users from your organization?

Actually, only Combo Box could be used as a people picker.

To display all the employees in your organization, you should connect to Office365Users connector and set the Items property of the Combo Box as below:

Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm: ComboBox1.SearchText, top:999})

Enable the IsSearchable property as true:
