Automate flow to move apps and flows to other environments

Dear community,
I wonder if is possible to create an automated flow to move apps and flows from default environment to another designated environment.

The goal is to keep the default environment clean and help Citizen Developers with ALM.

Hi Alberto,
Do you know if is there any solution I could investigate for it?
I just want to make sure my default environment is clean, if automate flow is not an option is there any other way I can automate the move from one environment to another?
