Error using AI Prompts: Your prompt has been filtered by our system policies

Since this week some of my AI Prompts are not working anymore due to "system policies". Those prompts have been working for weeks now and out of a sudden I get this error:

My assumption is that there might be some miss detection of racial categorization or something similiar, because I am mentioning languages as an example in my prompt..

I have already tried reformulating it, sometimes it works then, sometimes it works for a while, sometimes it does not. So not really reliable.

Hi, any updates on that?

I have a similar case where if I ask the response to be given in English it works but if I ask to be done in another language (Danish and Portuguese), I get the "filtered by our policies" issue.

As of yesterday afternoon, I am experiencing the same thing. My original prompt has been working fine for months in a flow that has run about 900 times, but yesterday afternoon, the AI builder action started throwing this error. I have a screenshot of a test prompt that I created to recreate the error. The sample data is a list of medications.
